To make the return/exchange process easier, please get in touch with us within 30 days of your delivery and let us know you would like to return or exchange, along with the reason. We will reply to you within 1 working day maximum.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, that is no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund or an exchange, as long as it’s NOT a laser-customized item and it's within the 30-day return period.
We do our best to make sure all orders are delivered in perfect condition. In the rare event that it does not, we ask you to always check your items thoroughly within 30 days of arrival.
If you need to return because it's faulty or our error, return or exchange is 100% free. No collection or courier fees.
If you've changed your mind, you'll need to pay courier fees only. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Note: Laser-customized items are returned or exchanged only in the case of faulty.
Yes, you can easily change your order after it is placed. Contact us via the above methods immediately. However, we cannot change your order if it has been personalized by laser engraving or customized by any means.
