Can you build a 3D model of our specific compound, tower, or project?
Yes. Send us the masterplan, renders, or architectural drawings and we build the model from scratch. You approve a physical sample before production starts.
Do you handle large rollouts of 200 or 400+ units?
Yes. Our largest run to date is 400 pieces across two projects for a single developer. We coordinate brand approvals, timeline, and handover-ready packaging across the full run.
What's the minimum order?
20 units per order. You can choose Mini Frame, Frame, or Mega Frame. For mixed sizes (for example Mega Frame for VIP buyers and Frame for standard handovers), send us the breakdown and we will quote it cleanly.
How long until delivery?
Typical production is 6 to 8 days for 20 units, 11 to 13 days for 50, and 19 to 21 days for 100. Larger rollouts of 200 or 400+ units are scheduled with you up front. We confirm the exact timeline before you pay.
Can I see a sample before production?
Yes. A physical sample costs 3,000 EGP and is credited back to your final order. We recommend a sample for first orders and any custom 3D model.
What if we don't have final renders yet?
No problem. We can work from masterplans, brand boards, early concept images, or even competitor references. We confirm the model direction with you before any production runs.
What does customization include?
Logo engraving, brand-color painting, the 3D model itself, and gift packaging options. If a new 3D model needs to be designed from scratch (custom tower, compound, or landmark), we confirm that requirement in the quote.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit starts production after sample or design approval. The remaining 50% is settled on delivery. Sample fee is paid upfront and credited back to the final order.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Yes, on request. We have shipped to clients across the GCC. We confirm international rates and timelines before you place the order.
Can I rush an order?
Sometimes. Tell us your deadline up front. Rush production is possible for an additional fee, depending on quantity and the complexity of the 3D model.
